Course: AEIS Preparatory Course
These courses have been designed to prepare international students for admission to mainstream primary and secondary schools in Singapore. Students will be taught English and Mathematics subjects in preparation for the Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS) and Supplementary AEIS (S-AEIS) examinations. Students who are successful in the AEIS or S-AEIS exams will receive an offer from a government school.
Programme Duration
6 months
Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, with 5 breaks

Admission Requirements
For Primary 4 & 5 | between 9 to 12+ years. Passed English at Year 3 or 4 and completed Year 3 or 4 or its equivalent in their respective countries. |
For Secondary 1 | between 12 to 14+ years. Passed English at Year 6 and completed Year 6 or its equivalent in their respective countries. |
For Secondary 2 | between 13 to 15+ years. Passed English at Year 7 and completed Year 7 or its equivalent in their respective countries. |
For Secondary 3 | between 14 to 16+ years. Passed English at Year 8 and completed Year 8 or its equivalent in their respective countries. |
After registering, students are required to take an English and Mathematics Diagnostic Test. Students will be assigned to the appropriate level depending on their score achieved.
Programme Structure
Preparation for AEIS examination, as well as syllabuses in Mathematics and English to prepare students for the new academic year, are taught by qualified and experienced local teachers with good knowledge of current MOE syllabus.
After completing the course, students will sit for the AEIS or S-AEIS examination to enter Government schools.

Attendance Criteria
All students need to attend at least 75% of classes and to be eligible for a certificate of attendance.Students’ Pass holders are required to maintain an attendance of 90% and above to meet the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority requirement.
Assessment / Examination
Monthly assessments are conducted.
